Retail Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase on items in good, resalable condition.

• With receipt: refund issued in the original form of payment.
• Without receipt: store credit issued for the item's value.

Tree & Shrub Guarantee

Trees and shrubs that die within 90 days of purchase are covered by a replacement or store credit, customer's choice.

This guarantee does not apply to perennials, annuals, or houseplants.

Landscape Installation Warranty

Plant material installed by Cold Creek's landscape services team is warranted based on whether the property has irrigation:

• With irrigation: warranted for 6 months from the install date.
• Without irrigation: warranted for 30 days from the install date. Coverage is replacement only, no store credit option.
